Terms & Conditions

Wanderlust Travel, LLC Terms and Conditions
By using the services provided by Wanderlust Travel, LLC (referred to as "Wanderlust," "we," "us," or "our"), you (the "Traveler" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a contract between you and Wanderlust Travel, LLC, which serves solely as a travel agent facilitating bookings with third-party travel service providers.

Travel Agent Role
Wanderlust Travel, LLC functions strictly as a travel agent. We offer various travel-related products on behalf of independent third-party suppliers, such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, motor coach operators, and others. Wanderlust Travel does not own, manage, or control any of these suppliers. Wanderlust Travel, LLC does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services provided by these third-party suppliers. We are responsible only for facilitating bookings and making travel arrangements between you and the service providers. However, we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or services provided by these third parties. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of each service provider. Should any issue arise, your recourse is directly with the specific service provider, not with Wanderlust Travel, LLC. We advise checking the U.S. Government travel advisories for your destination at travel.state.gov before booking.

Important Conditions
• Price Changes: Travel prices are subject to change until full payment is made. Once full payment is received, the price will not change. Price changes may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as fluctuations in exchange rates or government-imposed taxes.
• Acceptance of Terms: By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions, including potential price increases before payment and increases due to government taxes or fees after full payment.

Cancellation Policy
• Most travel bookings are non-refundable, and canceled bookings may incur charges up to 100% of the total cost, regardless of whether the travel has commenced.
• If you cancel a booking and Wanderlust incurs any cancellation charges, you agree to indemnify us for those fees.
• Cancellation fees may apply from the moment the booking is confirmed and can increase as the departure date approaches, based on the supplier’s specifications.

Additional Fees
Please be aware that certain travel services may incur additional fees that are not included in your initial booking price, such as resort fees, local taxes, or parking fees. These fees are typically paid directly to the service provider at the time of check-in and are beyond the control of Wanderlust Travel, LLC.

Baggage Fees
Additional baggage fees may apply, and these vary by airline. Please consult your airline directly or visit their website for the most current details regarding their checked baggage policies. Please note that baggage fees and policies may be updated by airlines, and it is recommended to verify these details closer to your departure date.

Deposits & Final Payment
• Deposits: Deposits are required at the time of booking. Deposits vary depending on the service provider. However, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Additional deposits may be required by the service provider.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due at least 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified. Certain airfares or services may require full payment at the time of booking.

Change Fees
• Change Fee: After booking and once payment is received, Wanderlust Travel charges a non-refundable $50 per person change fee for any date modifications requested for each adult booking. This fee is in addition to any fees imposed by the travel service providers.

Credit Card Transactions
• Liability for Service Provider Failures: If a service provider fails to deliver services as agreed, your remedy lies with the provider, not Wanderlust Travel.
• Chargebacks: If you attempt to charge back a payment made to Wanderlust Travel, LLC, or the service provider, you agree to indemnify us for any charges, including attorney fees or any associated costs, should a chargeback dispute arise.

Passports & Travel Documentation
• U.S. travelers must have a valid passport for international travel, with at least 6 months of validity beyond the planned return date.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports and visas, meet the requirements for entry into your destination. Any fines or penalties incurred due to improper documentation are your responsibility.

Real ID Requirement
Starting May 3, 2023, U.S. travelers must ensure that their state-issued ID is REAL ID compliant for domestic air travel. Visit TSA's website for more information.

Travel Documents
Travel documents (tickets, vouchers, etc.) are subject to various restrictions, such as non-transferability, non-refundable terms, or change fees. Please review all documents thoroughly before booking. Errors in your booking (e.g., misspelled names or incorrect dates) must be reported at the time of booking to avoid cancellation.

Health and Special Requirements
It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with health requirements or travel restrictions for your destinations, including necessary vaccinations. Wanderlust Travel, LLC is not liable for any health-related issues, and you must adhere to local government regulations, including those related to COVID-19.

Special Requests & Accessibility Needs
Any special requests, such as dietary requirements or requests for accessible accommodations, must be communicated to us at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment, as they depend on availability with the service providers.

Traveling with Minors
When booking travel for minors (under 18), the person making the booking must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian. It is your responsibility to ensure that the travel arrangements comply with the laws and regulations of the destinations involved, including any documentation or consent requirements.

Travel Protection
Wanderlust Travel, LLC recommends purchasing travel protection to protect your trip from unexpected events like cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. While we don't sell insurance directly, we can help you obtain coverage through a trusted third-party provider.

Coverage Options:
1. Trip Cancellation/Interruption: Reimbursement for non-refundable costs due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness).
2. Emergency Medical: Covers medical treatment and evacuation while traveling.
3. Baggage Protection: Compensation for lost, stolen, or delayed baggage.
4. Trip Delay: Covers extra costs for accommodations or meals due to delays.
5. Travel Accident Insurance: Coverage for injury or death during your trip.

Why It’s Important:
• Peace of Mind: Protects against financial risks from cancellations or emergencies.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Helps recover costs if you need to cancel for an eligible reason.

How to Purchase:
Purchase travel protection through us or directly from an insurer. We recommend buying coverage at the time of booking for full benefits.

Note: Review the policy for exclusions, such as pre-existing conditions.

Flight Confirmation
We recommend reconfirming flight times with the carrier prior to departure. Arrive at least 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights. Failure to check-in on time may result in the loss of your seat.

International Flights
Some countries require aircraft disinfection, and U.S. federal law mandates that we inform you of this requirement. For more details, visit the Department of Transportation website.

Refusal of Service
Service providers may refuse service at their discretion if you lack proper documentation, exhibit disruptive behavior, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Wanderlust Travel, LLC is not responsible for any refusal of service by the provider.

Responsibility and Indemnification
Wanderlust Travel, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, ground transportation companies, or other travel-related services. These third-party suppliers operate independently and are not under the control or management of Wanderlust Travel, LLC. We function solely as an intermediary in facilitating arrangements with these suppliers, and our responsibility is limited to the services we directly provide.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wanderlust Travel, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising from any issues or disputes related to services provided by third-party suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, cancellations, accidents, or any failure to perform by such third-party service providers.

Liability & Force Majeure
Wanderlust Travel, LLC is not liable for injury, loss, death, delay, inconvenience, or damage to person or property resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, terrorism, mechanical failures, delays, acts of war, strikes, civil unrest, or criminal activities. This includes situations where local amenities or standards differ from U.S. expectations.

In cases of unavoidable delays or cancellations, such as weather, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will assist with rebooking or refunds but are not responsible for additional costs, including hotel, meals, and transportation.

We will only use your data as necessary to fulfill your travel needs and comply with applicable laws.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking through Wanderlust Travel, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. You may accept these terms electronically, through handwritten signature, or by implied consent via actions such as payment or utilizing our services.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Wanderlust Travel, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
