Important Booking Information – Please Read

✅ Virgin Voyages does not price match. If the price drops, the only option is to cancel and rebook (cancellation fees may apply).

✅ All cabins are priced at the current market rate. Group discounts are not available.

✅ Your perks (such as onboard credit or bar tab) are based on the promotion running at the time you book.

✅ Virgin Voyages does not include a free bar tab unless it is part of a current promotion.

✅ Adding a guest after booking will cause your cabin to be repriced at the current rate.
👉 If you think you may have a roommate, please book at double occupancy from the start.

Your cancellation terms depend on the fare selected at booking:

Lock It In (Standard Cabins & Suites) / Base (Standard Cabins):

  • All payments non-refundable (excl. taxes/fees).

  • No name, date changes, or Future Voyage Credit.

Essential (Standard Cabins):

  • 120+ days: Full refund within 7 days of deposit; deposit converts to Future Voyage Credit after.

  • 119–45 days: Payments non-refundable, issued as Future Voyage Credit.

  • 44 days or less: Payments non-refundable; only secondary Sailors may be changed.

Premium (Standard Cabins, RockStar & Mega RockStar Suites, non–Lock It In fares):

  • 120+ days: Full refund within 7 days of deposit; deposit converts to Future Voyage Credit after.

  • 119–45 days: Payments non-refundable; Sailors may transfer to Future Voyage Credit, change dates, or update names.

  • 44 days or less: Payments non-refundable; any Sailor name may be changed.
